Trinity Students at Metro Tech
At Trinity School at Edgemere, we are committed to helping students discover their strengths, build confidence, and prepare for life beyond the classroom. One of the many ways we support this mission is through our partnership with Metro Technology Centers (Metro Tech)—a local career and technology education district that offers hands-on training in high-demand fields.
Each year, Trinity juniors and seniors have the opportunity to attend Metro Tech for part of the school day, exploring specialized programs in areas like:
- Automotive Technology
- Culinary Arts
- Health Careers
- Cosmetology
- Cybersecurity
- Graphic Design
- Welding
- and more
This experience allows our students to apply their learning in real-world settings while earning certifications and valuable career skills. Many Trinity students graduate with a clearer sense of purpose and a head start on their next steps—whether that’s college, technical school, or joining the workforce.
Our staff works closely with Metro Tech advisors to ensure Trinity students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally while participating in the program. Transportation is provided to and from Metro Tech campuses, and Trinity remains involved in helping students stay organized, meet expectations, and celebrate their growth.
