Trinity’s Individualized Plans (TIP)
At Trinity School at Edgemere, we believe that every student learns differently—and that’s something to celebrate. That’s why every student at Trinity receives a Trinity Individualized Plan (TIP), a customized learning plan tailored to their unique strengths, challenges, and educational goals.
What is a TIP?
A Trinity Individualized Plan (TIP) is more than just an academic support tool. It’s a collaborative, student-centered approach to learning that outlines:
- Personalized academic accommodations
- Tailored instructional strategies
- Social-emotional and executive functioning supports
TIPs are created and regularly reviewed by Trinity’s team of teachers, counselors, and parents, ensuring that each plan evolves as the student grows.
Designed for Student Success
Whether a student has been diagnosed with a learning difference such as Specific
Learning Disorder (such as dyslexia), ADHD, or other processing disorders, TIPs are designed to:
- Promote confidence and independence in the classroom
- Address learning differences with proven strategies
- Building self-advocacy skills to help students reach their full potential
Our small class sizes, structured environment, and collaborative support system allow us to implement each TIP with fidelity and care.
A Team Approach
Families are a vital part of the TIP process. We partner with parents to share progress, adjust goals, and celebrate growth—ensuring students feel seen, supported, and successful.
